Is this a diet or a treatment?

Neither. NeuroNourish is nutrition support. It does not treat, cure or replace care from your paediatrician, dietitian or therapy team — bring your plan to them and we will happily work alongside it.

My child eats about five foods. Will this work?

That is exactly who it is built for. We start from the foods your child already accepts and expand outward in very small sensory steps, rather than asking for a clean-slate menu.

What ages is it designed for?

Most families using NeuroNourish have children between 2 and 14. The plans adjust portion sizes and independence level with age, and you can keep separate profiles for siblings.

How long before we see a change?

Most parents notice calmer mealtimes within two to three weeks. Broadening the range of accepted foods is slower — think months of small steps, not a single breakthrough week.

Can it handle allergies and elimination diets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, egg-free, low-histamine and custom exclusions are respected in every recipe and swap we suggest. You set these once and they apply everywhere.

Do you recommend supplements?

We flag nutrients that look consistently low across the week and suggest food sources first. We never prescribe supplements — take any flag to your paediatrician, especially if your child takes medication.

Will you tell me to remove my child's safe foods?

No. Safe foods stay on the plan. They are the anchor we build from, and removing them almost always narrows a child's diet further rather than widening it.

How much time does it take each week?

About ten minutes to review the plan and confirm the shopping list. Most meals are designed for under 20 minutes of active cooking.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The Starter plan gives you one personalised week, the recipe library and a basic shopping list, with no card required and no time limit.

Can I cancel a paid plan?

Any time, from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Can I share the plan with my child's dietitian or school?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Family and Guided plans include progress notes and a printable weekly plan you can hand to a care team, a school or another caregiver.
