Agreement and eligibility
Neuronourish provides personalised meal-planning, recipe, shopping-list, and nutrition-guidance tools. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Neuronourish for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Your account
You must provide accurate, current information, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Subscriptions, payments, and Paddle
Paid access is offered on the billing frequency and price shown at checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, applicable taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms, together with our Refund Policy. Unless checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Licence and intellectual property
While your account is authorised, Neuronourish grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal or internal family use. Neuronourish retains ownership of the service and all associated software, recipes, editorial content, documentation, branding, and intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass technical limits, or commercially exploit the service without permission.
Your information and generated plans
You retain rights to information you submit. You give Neuronourish a limited licence to host, process, and adapt it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit this information and are responsible for your inputs and how you use recommendations.
Personalised suggestions may be generated or assisted by automated systems and can be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review outputs, check ingredients and allergen labels, and use appropriate professional oversight. Outputs are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a paediatrician, registered dietitian, or other qualified clinician.
Acceptable use
You must not use Neuronourish to:
- Break the law, facilitate fraud or spam, or harm or exploit another person.
- Upload unlawful, hateful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Create deceptive impersonations or harmful deepfakes.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
- Introduce malware, probe security, scrape the service, or bypass safeguards.
- Attempt to manipulate automated systems or generate dangerous instructions.
We may review, refuse, filter, restrict, or remove content and outputs where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement. Rights holders may report suspected infringement using the support contact shown in the service. We may restrict or terminate repeat infringers.
Service availability
We work to keep Neuronourish dependable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free performance. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, legal requirements, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. When access ends, your licence ends and data may be retained or deleted according to our Privacy Notice and legal obligations.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neuronourish is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or business changes. We will post the revised terms here and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
